We only offer exchanges and refunds for items that are defective or damaged.

 

To request an exchange, send an email to returns@ronkepm.com with photos of the defect/damage and we’ll work on getting an exchange or refund processed for you.

 

Note: You may be required to provide your name, order number, proof of purchase. Additional photos may be needed. You must send us notice within 10 business days of receiving your order in order to be eligible for an exchange or refund. Please allow 3-5 business days to assist once submitted.
